SIGN MAN DAN – MASTER PORTABLE SIGN RENTAL AGREEMENT

1. Services
Sign Man Dan agrees to provide rental of a portable roadside sign in accordance with the pricing and
term selected by the Client.
2. Term
The rental term shall be as selected by the Client and outlined in the applicable Pricing Schedule.
3. Installation & Insurance
Sign Man Dan carries $2,000,000 in commercial general liability insurance.
Installation is performed in a commercially reasonable manner consistent with industry standards.
Liability arising directly from installation workmanship is limited to the coverage provided under Sign
Man Dan’s insurance policy.
4. Permits & Approvals
Where required by municipal or other authorities, sign permits are the responsibility of the property
owner or Client for signs placed on the Client’s property.
For signs placed at locations controlled or arranged by Sign Man Dan, required permits (if applicable)
will be obtained by Sign Man Dan and any associated permit fees will be billed separately unless
expressly included in writing.
Installation and continued display of the sign are subject to local bylaws and permit approvals. Sign
Man Dan is not responsible for delays, removal, or enforcement actions resulting from permit denial or
bylaw requirements beyond its reasonable control.
5. Payment
All prices are subject to HST.
Invoices are due as outlined in the Pricing Schedule.
Clients paying the full contract term upfront receive a 10% discount on rental fees (printing excluded).
6. Letter Changes
Additional letter changes are billed at $50 + HST per change.
7. Printing
Header and full sign prints are not included in rental pricing and are billed separately.
8. Termination
Early termination does not entitle the Client to a refund unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario.
